What you'll be doing:
As a true leader, you will be able to oversee the quality techs on all shifts, promote use of appropriate problem solving and statistical technique for effective root cause analysis and use data to drive successful corrective action to help reduce scrap production and customer complaints.
We need an investigative leader that can create and deploy quality assurance processes to resolve quality issues of capability, tolerance, and material related issues not only by identifying the problem, but also examining solution options, benchmarking with other sites, and implementing action plans.
Lead the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) including the maintenance and control of the plan.
You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to define, lead, and improve our operational processes.
As a decisive and proven people leader, you can coach and mentor employees, build their capabilities, and participate in their succession planning and skill development.
Developing the foundation of processes and applicable core tools like Advanced product quality planning (APQP) & Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis/PFMEA's, Process Flows, statistical analysis process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA), and more.
Co-responsible for improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through interaction with other technical team-members, and support external and internal audit schedules, as well as conduct internal process layer audits.
What you'll bring along:
Must build trust and credibility with the team, so we need an experienced quality manager (8
years of related work experience) that can make an impact and drive success in the organization.
Knowledge and best practices to implement enhancement to the quality management system and processes by using your lean manufacturing and continuous improvement outlook.
A strategic and result-focus mindset is needed to synthesize data and summarize outcomes to provide recommendations on compliant path forward.
A successful track record for identifying and implementing quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment in the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry.
Previous internal auditor background, familiarity in ISO standards, and experience with controlled document system ownership and worked with a certified QMS.
This is a hands-on role and you must be agile, servant leader, and engaged at the plant.
Must be independent and take the initiative to drive improvements while developing standard work, maintaining, and creating work instructions, SOP, and training guides for the team.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential; if you have any ERP or SAP system experience, that is a plus! What we offer you for all your hard work:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
